other than RIO does any one know where a lip/skirt/rear can be got and approx price

other than rio, from the guys ive seen doing kits for palio's are the guys from Team FS, and i think KS motorsport might also be able to help you out with the same.

Use any soft wares or just clay modeling and plast of paris mold for frp?
any strenght and heat analysis made?

How much do you charge for bumper front& back, sside skirts , bonnet, 2 fenders?
