More power for indica

Hi,
I have a 37000km done indica diesel(couple of years old). What performance mods can be fitted wihout much tampering of the engine. Two things which come to mind are Free flow and K&N filter. Anything else. Also how much would these mods cost and how much is the expected power increase. Turbo is the best way, but that would mean too many modifications to engine, it would be cheaper to plonk a second hand turbo diesel i guess!
