Hey anyone knows which one is the best rubber for a 14" Rims on a zen!
The size i could normally prefer is 195/40 or 185/40.
I have only a mild tune up (10-15 b.h.p), but i want maximum handling over the corners! Now am running on 195/40 size Hankook Ventus Rubber. |
Firstly a think 195 is too much for the zen.
secondly you say you only have a mild tune up with a 10-15 bhp increase.may i ask what work is done on your zen ?
Sure! Now for the time am having a Free-Flow Exhaust system(Headers to Muffler) from Leela, Coimbatore, K&N Conical Filter,NGK IridiumIX Plugs, very slightly polished and ported head!
My rubber is almost finished i could do hardly 5k kms more. As soon as i get a new set i`ll be goin for an esteem bottom half also! So i need a set which can run that spec.
From where he got that press botton switch!?
There is one push button switch for sale in the classifieds, if it is not already sold.
had a question
once the button start is installed what happens to the conventional way of starting the car.as in what happens when you turn the ignition key ?

Guess one has to insert the key and turn on the ignition. Then turn on the switch and use the press button. I maybe wrong!!
yeah i know how it works, you have to insert the key and turn it to the ON position but what i meant to ask is what happens if u turn it one more time to the ignition pos.

There wont be any response! The ignition may be disconnected from the key mechanism and will be connected to the toggle switch on the press button!
If we get a high volt compatible switches(toggle and push buttons) we can convert it to a press button mode with the help of a well know car electrician. It will be very nice if the push button have bot starting and stopping feature.
Like that of BMW!!
But that switches must be of very good quality!

Push button starts are suddenly HOT- everybody wants them. Our family sedan owned 30 years ago (a 1948 Buick RoadMaster) had one; now it's back in vogue.
That car also had a glare-deflecting RVM that could be clicked in or out. Guess what- my new Fabia has the same functionality.
Hi All,
I own a zen vxi 2003. I am planning change my front shox. Any suggestions? I have got gypsy shox at the back, and I am pretty happy with them.

If possible get the Zen diesel one's at the front, they are quite good.
Yep gypsy shocks at the back is good
Few questions.
Push buttons are real neat. I forgot which one, but one of the AMG Merc's have a push button start on the gear shift.
By the way, how much does it cost to get one installed and is it safe

Thanks for the reply bro,
Wouldn't zen diesel suspension be too hard for the petrol zen?. I remember it reading some where in team-bhp.
Also, do I have any other options?
