My thinking is that if a shop is genuine, and knows how to do really high quality work, they should be somewhat transparent on what is done. This type of work is an art more than just a mechanical job. It is not something that if I look at what is being done, I can just turn around and start copying it.
This is just not the type of work that you can blindly trust someone to drop off the car and pick it up a week later and hope that the work was done properly or done at all!
Perhaps I should look at tuners in Mumbai, Bangalore, & Chennai. There seems to be so much more technical skill for tuning in those areas. And from what I understand the work ethic there is much better, in terms of doing really quality work. |
