Definately Arush! Even the windshield wipers are from the NHC. The headlights are probably taken from the Getz Prime or the i10, but the size of the car is a question, for a hatch it seems approximately the size of an Indica so the chasis(if NHC) was extensively modified.
Or maybe the designer took bits and pieces of everything.
Indica chasis.
NHC front end.
Accent Viva boot-lid.
etc....

Ill repeat, City ZX, chopped off and remade rear, the front is essnetially the same with a modified fender and customized headlight, it is unmistakably DC work, even the front grill logo is visible.

It is the NHC, the front bumper etc just shows it is. The rear has been chopped off and made smaller. Right, it is a little too much to see at one go.. It could have been made a little more elegant and tasteful, considering his Aston Martin experience.. This one looks straight out of the late ninties era when he used to modify Sierras and Trax' into even worse looking colorful plastic boxes with huge panel gaps and asymmetrical fenders.

I would not want to be seen in one

Absolutely Abhi - If this is DC it looks like he is back to where he began - I wouldn't want to be seen in this one.

it's all in the neverending quest to be unique...let's face it we all try to do something to our cars to stand out from the crowd...This is the next level.

I personally think the car has been done up in bad taste, but then again, I really hate the NHC anyway...definately looks better than the NHC anyday

Its a DC no doubt as almost all of us has noticed the unmistakable DC logo on the front grill. But I think he was in a hurry with this NHC !! The front part looks so-so and is not much worked upon, even the side view mirrors are left untouched, the rear looks a mess though and its a shame. It may be that this is what was ordered by the owner! One man's meat is other's poison!!
