satya believe it or not i was spending the whole morning browsing for sites selling mod chips. i was looking for some thing for the palio. got one on a uk based site. the chip costs about 22k without shipping. but hear this it gives 7 bhp increase!!!

i checked the site. shocked to find that its based in sri lanka! BTW what is our 1.5 honda engine called? i mean the technical name they give when we try to source parts for it.

the honda vtec engine is the d15b9.
also not too sure about those ecu's on our city. they are for the integra and civic which has a different wiring compared the city.
the sensors adn mapping will also be different also we have to be fuel specific.

But in India it's called the B15-C2. And that's what's mentioned on the engine tag.

well guys gave that site a thorough check and to get those ecus to run in our car we might as well look at engine mods of 1lak upwards.
for that ecu to give you a 9000rev limit
yuo need acam which will give you power till there not the stock cam, also you need high end retainers, valve springs a gooooood head job, high compression, injectores etc. etc.
otherwise the ecu is of no point.
