Was anyone able to successfully upgrade the brakes?

please post your solution. Im planning to upgrade the brakes too due to its junk power!

I'm looking to put in Esteem brakes on my Zen as well - could you tell me what all parts to replace, and which all parts are bolt-on compatible?
