Piggybacking LED's onto exisitng Lamp connections : How?

Now That I've upgraded my number plate lights and interior lights to LED's , I feel like adding some LED goodness to the rest of the car.

Say I want to add a string of LED's to light up when the parking lights are turned on. How do i connect them without cutting any of the existing wires?

Or will i need the help of an auto electrical guy?

you can do it yourself but you need to understand how the electricals work, if you have that understanding....you can do it!

otherwise its wise to pay and get it done from an electrician as per your requirments!

I know how the wiring works, Its just how to go about getting connections from the wiring connectors/harnesses without damaging anything. I suppose I could twist some wire around the connectors, ut I want to do it better
