carbon fibre materials are way lighter and stronger than alumimum parts ..

they were built for weight reduction purposes ..cost of making one is expensive hence installing CF parts is quite a big deal...

hey the idea of a tc mondeo with a nos kit sounds killer but the looks dissapoint me !! i mean the spoiler actually spoils the looks hehe and i like the idea of the twin exhausts but not the way theyre sticking out of the bumper!! and the tyres and rims are good nothing great but then again you cannot have them sticking out the body like those wannabe m800s we see which have been raised a good 8 inches from the rear and have funny sloguns on their cars!!!hehe

hmm i dont like the layout very much...too many gauges ..

Why do they have to have an extra speedometer( and a fuel meter) they should caliberate the original speedo to omit any errors..
whats the point of having such an enormous water temp gauge right in front of your face??how many times does one look at the water temp while driving?it shouldd have been smaller and place lower in the center console..

i think the biggest gauge should be a rev counter with a shifter light which catches your eye without even looking at it ..

what make are those gauges anyway ?

Hey Guys,

Just happened to take a test drive of this car today. The car rocks but thanks to evening traffic couldnt go all out. Am going for a proper drive tomorrow night.

The car belongs to a friend of mine and some more mods are yet to go in.

Pics dont do justice to the car.Yoi have to see it to believe it.One helluva Mondeo.

Original fuel gauges are not precise. So its better to have a co-ordinated setup for everything.

If five gauges are placed on the right, and one on the left it'll look weird. And anyways, its just a matter of time to get used to them.

Not necessary.Like they say, seeing is believing.

Right, so it's time to ask again...what are the mods all about?

Turbo make?
Is it intercooled?
Suspension mods?
Does it have TC?
ECU mods?

I feel those dual exhausts are too big. I'm sure it sounds great, but you don't NEED those tail pipes that size. Like many others, I also feel that wing is absolutely hideous. Never understood why people like screwing-up their rear-visibility. Can't say I like the gauges either. But that paint job looks very nice, I must admit.

Also, you better drive your car really carefully, because you're going to wreck those EXPENSIVE wheels if you hit one ditch. With 225/50-16s I've bent three of my Mondy's rim edges!
