Lack of cooling on the seat back?

Now I think the wooden bed is a good & cheap solution but sometimes I also think it gives a taxi look to the car. Just my personal opinion.

But if monsoon dosn't start soon , I will be forced to put them in the car.

Reviving this thread after quite a long time, but I have the same queries and problems. Irrespective the car I drive and the AC strength, my back keeps sweating away. I would like to know if those bead like covers/cushions work. Also, those beads look uncomfortable (I maybe wrong, I have just seen them). Any inputs on their comfort level. I am open to other techologies/solutions. Thanks
