engine swaps

hello everyone,
lets talk about engine swaps..i have read about some interesting engine swaps which have been done by our t-bhp members..the mivec engined lancer by sideways,the g13b tc'd zen by zengt....i also liked icemans baleno a lot and kd madans lancer with the 4g63 engine(not sure whether he is a member of tbhp)
i would like to know about some other engine swaps which have been done or which are are possible
i have heard that in the us honda engine swaps are quite common.the b16,b18,h22,k20 are some ot the engines that are mainly used.these engines are sold very cheap(around 1500-2500$
has anyone tried it out here?
one last question especially for all tuners dominic,iceman91,psycho,zengt...what is the approximate maximum hp AT THE WHEELS that i can get for 6-7 lakhs..im talking about an engine swap with the mods..i want a fast reliable street car not one used only for drag racing...include only the necessary costs for the engine,installation,basic tuning and all the necessary things.....no interiors,body kits,gauges etc..do not involve the cost of the donor car

well i have also done a b18c5 in a civic eg. used by my friend in bangalore. it has complete stage 3 mods and just dying to throw it on the track now since it dint ddo too well in mumbai.

for about 6-7 lacs...car cost separate you can be looking at around 300bp on wheel.
if yuo want it a project car say one which is not a daily used car but only for the track..can go more on power.

and i would also like to know about your sig....which 1300 cc car is capable of 8.4 sec quartermile?
is this the one dom was once talking about..the 475 bhp g13b?

yes it is a race developed engine. only one has been made in the US. there is a thread on it

hey tom, long time no see. well vtec is 1.5l.
also a vtec in a zen is capable of 14 secs.............
