Seat Modification for Getz CRDI

I need some help as I have recently bought a Getz and need to modify the rear seats so as to make them little mode comfortable (Increase the back seat till head) and add a head-rest as well. I am based out of Delhi and would need some contacts who do such changes in the car seats. Any thoughts will be apprecaited.
