Strut Brace for a Palio?

Hi,

Anyone know of a Palio that has been fitted with a strut brace, and if this fitment helped any?

I'm considering getting one of these, but I'm not sure where to start. The Automech site seems to be down and I'm not sure where else to look.

This will be for fitment in my GTX. I'd appreciate anyone pointing me in the right direction. I'm not sure if such parts are readily available here in Hyderabad.

Thanks!

hey strut braces have a very basic working principle...they connect your struts to a brace bar...which gives it equality...hence the ride quality of the car and also cornering improves a lot...if it is designed in the right way...a badly designed strut brace can have horrifying effects...such as poor handling...wearing out of the struts...also sudden control loss...so please be very careful while getting one...hey air870 u do know ashdeen?...i think ive seen your car at the sdt workshop...im not too sure...are you from colaba...?? hehe...anyways air do let us know what luck do you get with the strut braces in hyderabad....cheers...happy revvin...!!

I'd filled up the enquiry form on the Automech website and got a response - that strut braces were 'still under development' and that I should contact the Hyderabad representative for further information.

I'm still holding out for this information - could anyone who has this equipment on their Palio please post contact information.

The few dealers I asked in Hyderabad about strut braces didnt know what I was talking about.
