You could replace your HU with a bluetooth compatible HU which can connect to your bluetooth enabled mobile phone.
A cheaper option would be to retain your existing HU, purchase a bluetooth headset which supports a 3.5 mm audio jack and connect it to the Aux in of your HU.
When the HU is on Aux mode, pair the bluetooth headset to your mobile phone and voila, you have a cheap equivalent of Blue n Me.
You can use the cigar lighter adapter or USB interface in your HU for charging the bluetooth headset.
There is already a thread on this topic in which one member has done a DIY to implement bluetooth in his existing setup. Please go through the thread.
