Provision for Lighter in Alto LXI(BS-III)

Hi,
I've purchased an Alto LXI(BS-III) on January '10. Now I want to know that there is a covered circular area beside the ashtray which is seemed to be lighter.But I don't know whether there is something inside it and can fix the lighter or mobile phone charger just breaking the same or this is only the provision for it and I've to fit something to use the charger?

its just a hole out there. you have to purchase a cig. lighter and put in there. Wiring is already present. just a matter of 2 mins. to fit the lighter. you can then use it for charging your mobile too.
