Help me with this immobiliser

Hi, My Palio S10 is fitted with this immobiliser.I have to touch this stick to its socket on steering column before starting.
Recently it has started giving trouble.Sometime it doesn't accept code and real problem is,no car accessory shop seem to know about this system.
