i stand corrected if i'm wrong, but i think the sera had its doors hinged on the roof itself..i believe they're called "gullwing" doors? Somewhat like the McLaren F1, The Buggati EB 110 on the other hand has scissor doors..

You're right Sera/McLaren F1/McLaren SLR all have Gullwing doors. Whereas the Murcielago has scissor doors. Difference being the scissors open straight up like a scissor, whereas teh Gullwing opens up & outwards like a gull flopping its wings. See below for pictures of both.

just got this swift done of a friend. black with the suzuki kit 16inch lenzo's with 50 profile. red and white interiors.

white interiors !!?!?!?! I think a lot of money is gonna go into the eagle1 upholstry cleaner now hehe ;)

white interiors??????????? can you see the road in sun???????? with the glaze all over the dashboard. i think you will have to be careful now when you drive in the day also. at many angles could get blind in the sun blaze until this is some kind of special treatment which is non reflective

its difficult in the day for sure. all u do is cover it with a datk cloth on the top sorted. its cool supposed to be kinda like a show car. flashy. will start engine mods soon. hunting for a turbo. how many kms later should a k&n filter and a freeflow should come in ? ? ?

White And Red Combination ??:Shockked:
Black And Red Combination Will Look Better.
Alloys Looking Cool..
If Possible Post Some High Resolution Pics.

Cheers,

Hey,

You sure start thinking big too soon. New car and already want a turbo. Hmmmmmmm be patient and do things the correct way unless you want a blown engine. Ideally anytime after the first service is good to install both the above. From warranty point of view both void it so you have to take a call whether you fit it after 1000k or after 2 years.

all of the fittings are planned in a years time actually. only the k&n firstly. i have heard u need to change freeflow again when u install turbo true or should u get an aftermarket one after first service and use the same later on as well ?

About swift quick question, I am doing search for better wide tyres for my Swift VXI since my vehicle's current tyres are stock, When I did fewR and D in http://www.rochfordtyres.co.uk/tyrecalc.asp found interesting stuff.

Tyre code Diameter Circumference Difference
---------- -------- ------------- ----------
195/65 R14 609 mm 1913 mm -1.69 %
205/65 R14 622 mm 1954 mm 0.4 %
185/70 R14 615 mm 1932 mm -0.81 %
195/70 R14 629 mm 1976 mm 1.45 %

I feel 205/65 R14 622 mm 1954 mm 0.4 % is best choice for Swift. Has any swift owners using this 205/65 R14 tyre ? When I change my tyres in few months I am going for Bridgstone GIII which seems very good tyre. I am searching for right width and profile and I have LEague 14inch alloys 6 inch width, so I can go for 205/65 R14 tubeless tyre I feel.

feedback from the team highly appreciated, if already same topic exists do help me with the url please since I could not find exact answer to my hunting of 14 inch tyre for swift.

In short what I need is which is best suitable tyre for swift 14inch tyre, my alloys being 14inch multispoke League with 6inch width (14 6JJ) .

Regards,

Ravi.

Hi Ravi,

I have a Swift ZXi with 15" alloys with 205/55-R-15 tyres. You can go in for 205/65-R14 without any hassles. They should not cause you any problems.

Hi,

You are correct to an extent. You mainly need to change the headers not the entire setup as turbo manifold is different from a FF manifold(header).
