Regarding that exhaust i'm guessing it should be a 4-2-1-2 exhaust. pipes split into 2 after the catalytic converter.
actually that one isnt a modified swift its a concept swift. i think it was called the concept s or somthing. there are various bodykits available to make ur normal swift look like it. i tihnk similar alloys are also available

Is this kind of thing possible like the SL500?

Any one has a idea what is Suzuki Swift Plus. Is that a Swift with a boot since it battles it out with Aveo and Accent sedans?

Here's a nicely done up Swift which I just spotted. Those wheels suit the car.

Its a swift with extra accessories from the maruti showroom.
Well this guy has overdone his baby here,
the front bumper - gives it a good look from front..... Side skirt- chalega......Alloys- could find better looking ones......Wisors on windows - ewww take em off!!!.........Rear Bumper - its ok but this jackass didnt get a Muffler !!!!.........The strips on the side give it a bad boy look.

Overall my rating : 4/10

Has anyone already fit kn filters. What are the changes in terms of performance, noise, mileage etc..?

I've seen the same kit on a red Swift. I see the car almost everyday, but only the rear view. Hate the rear bumpers.
