How much does a genuine OEM muffler cost for Santro Xing 2004 model car and also can you provide me the contact details in bangalore to get one. (even looking for a 2nd hand one also).

Can I get it from dismantle parts dealers from JC Road.

When you mean muffler - you are not counting the headers, right ?

It should be around 1500 or so.

H.A.S.C has quoted 3800. They call it as doom, to be precise, its the middle section of the assembly.

If its available for 1500, please let me know where I its available, any contact numbers or directions would be appreciated.

Naveenroy, I hv changed the entire set for 1200 at FastCars, Bannerghatta Road (In the side of Lathangi Motors) almost 2years back. This wast not OEM, but I didn't had any issues. You can have a try there -> 080 26590412

Hello Rajesh - thanks for the pointers.

My friend called them and the person there said that it is indeed not OEM and no warranty can be given but there has been no unsatisfied customers. But he quoted a price of 3500 for the same! Can you please advise?

Naveen if its just an end can that you need you can get it fabricated from any of the reputed tuners in town. Should cost you around 2k or a shade above that.

Naveenroy, I don't have any personal contact there. But still I remember one Mr.Pugal who was the SA that time. And sure, I am one of the satisfied customer.
