RedSoul reverse sensor

I have a RedSoul reverse sensor with mirror which is mounted on the rear view mirror. 5-6 times I have experienced that glass part of the mirror is falling down when it is parked in a hot sun for some time. Guess the problem is to do with the glue that sticks glass with the holder. I used to just press it in the mirror slot and it used to be fine. Couple of times reported to the dealer and he said that it is fixed and won't happen again.

Finally last Wednesday, as expected worst thing happened. Glass has fallen off and broke into pieces.

Thanks to RedSoul, they were prompt in responding, they send the technician, but the mirror he brought was not the same one. He came back today with new one and fixed it promptly. Even though it was out of warranty, they didn't charge. I didn't expect such a nice gesture from RedSoul. Kudos Redsoul, keep up the good work
