New model zen to modify. Budget 40-50k

Hi all!

Wishing everyone a brilliant 2006!

My 2004 zen LX is now going to be a year and a half old and i was wondering what i could do with it. I plan to stick with this car for atleast 5 years more and was wondering what i could do with it. I dont plan any cosmetic changes, neither do i want to change my music system as i'm quite happy with the basic sony xplod setup which i have.

I'm looking at basically changes under the hood and have no idea what to do. Speed and suspension ideas would be really nice.

I like roadtripping so any suggestions to make my car climb mountains would be nice.

Also is getting a power steering retrofitted a good idea?

Thanks
akshay

safety comes first!!

i had an aug 04 zen with a k&n replacement filter and wus planning on a freeflow !! but one fateful night at the ashram crossing on 29th december 05 3am this truck swirved to the right suddenly and i couldnt stop in time and the car skidded out of control!!! well the cars totaled now !! and im too sad to narrate the whole story right now but will do that soon!!

so remember upgrade tyres first and if possible braking even on a stock car as the car is low on grip! (even though i had upgraded 1 tyre size to 155) but dude it needs at least 165!! and drive safe !!

as for the mods you can go to arush(autopsyche) or performance auto in noida !! you can get a k&n airfilter from methodsonline.com and get a freeflow from either one of the 2 above or contact automech the freeflow experts from mumbai but they have a franchisee in delhi i have the contact somewhere i can look it up if you want pm if you need any more help!!
