Firstly congratulations on owning a 2 stroke, it is very involving and fun to live with it.

As for the above gear problems mentioned, check the clutch cable setting, better yet replace it and find the optimum setting that you like, that should solve it.

For the 3rd point where your bike tends to die down while shifting to first gear, please get the clutch-bell checked.

Regarding the parts procurement, firstly check the Yamaha Authorized shops stock yards, you might get lucky, but if not then also keep looking for the same on the net. Its fairly difficult but not impossible IMO.

Recently I have picked up a rx135. Need a good mechanic for repaint , service and general buffing of parts. It will be total rebuild so searching for a good mechanic in Bangalore. Any help will be appreciated.
