re: Mahindra Mojo to be sold via exclusive dealerships. EDIT: Confirmed

The first Mojo Exclusive showroom is coming up in Banaswadi, Bangalore. It will be operated by MRM Farhan and SRM Anand, they have been associated with Mojo brand since its inception and trust me, they are the best folks to interact with regards to Mojo. The owners of Mojo from Bangalore Tribe have been invited for the inauguration event which is happening sometime in next week. The outlet will be dedicated to Sales, Service, Support and Mods as per them. Since this is going to be a first of its kind (in this segment) outlet, all owners are happy and excited as their bikes are going to be treated in a whole new level at the exclusive outlet.

Mahindra Two Wheelers has confirmed that it will be opening exclusive dealerships for selling the Mojo motorcycle in India. The company has also released an official sketch that offers a glimpse of how these new dealerships are expected to look like.
True to their word, Mahindra have in fact opened up their first Mojo exclusive dealership in Banaswadi, Bangalore. The dealership includes a workshop and also showcases accessories and merchandise. Some customisation and servicing attributes will be also seen in these upcoming dealerships.

The trend of riding in a group is on a rise in the country. Mahindra's plans to exploit the current trend included the introduction of 'Mojo Tribe' which is basically Mojo Owners Group. The exclusive dealership being first of its kind will be promoting the group riding phenomenon in the country.

Also, with the introduction of an exclusive dealership, it remains to be seen as to how many iterations of the Mojo will eventually be included in the line-up. We already have the Tourer edition (seen at the APS 2017). Scrambler and entry level stripped down version of the Mojo also seem to be in the pipeline for the Indian manufacturer. Also hoping to finally see the ABS version of the Mojo make it to daylight.

Re: Mahindra Mojo to be sold via exclusive dealerships. EDIT: Confirmed

This bike is incredible value for money, right up there with KTM in terms of maximum bang-for-your-buck. Granted, it's a tad on the fugly side, but looks aren't everything.

Friend of mine bought a Mojo as soon as it came out. I was skeptical until I saw it up close and in person. It's got amazing levels of fit and finish, really well put-together and refined. Excellent tires as stock. And it sounds freaking amazing, too. And mind you, I'm saying all this as a KTM Duke 390 owner!

Basically, the good news is that Mahindra have joined that small but growing crowd of bike manufacturers that have started to realize that there is indeed a market for bikers serious about adventure and fun on two wheels, who also aren't billionaires. Ultimately this is not a bad thing for the Indian biking scene

It's not always about money. Mahindra is trying to make its name in the segment, so naturally they are willing to go all guns blazing with their flagship product. Mojo is just a stepping stone, they are planning to launch other variants of Mojo including the Adventure edition soon. Also they plan to open more such exclusive outlets PAN India in coming months. Can you name any other manufacturer who is making such an humongous effort in the biking scene? Mojo is what Nano is to Tata, their pride which they will happily invest on. As a enthusiast, we make some decisions by heart and not by brain. Why can't a manufacturer do the same? Mahindra group is no small entity, they know what they are doing. You gotta be a part of it to be able to understand it better actually, I wish I did.

+1 to that Funny. Mojo tribe and exclusive showrooms are the right directions Mahindra is taking. KTM is the other manufacturer whose involvement in events and tides has created a cult, or coming close to it.
