Hi, as per BigWing Topline Cochin, CB500X and CB500F are going to be launched in a couple of months. I went there for CB300R test ride last week. Asked them about the launch of these two. Even the CB300R OBD2 launch, they don't have a distinct timeline.

Take it with a grain of salt. The dealer there has been saying this for more than a year atleast(ippo varum). As said by yourself ,they have no idea regarding the indian made 300r even. Plus they may wait even further for e20 compliance.

I have been interacting regularly with the Bigwing dealership folks here at Bangalore. They were earlier expecting big bikes around June. But now they have recently stated that no big bikes are expected this year.

Is something in the pipeline? Keep wishing for something significant from Honda and they keep disappointing. Not clear from the teaser. Hopefully this time..!

Honda is only ACTIVE on selling their ACTIVAS in India. They don't really care for Indian market. Poor guys in BigWings are clue less. Don't waste your time for their machines, which Honda India are not interested to sell. And availability of spare parts for CKD bike are getting difficult to find. And if they did manage to launch any 500 cc +, brace for getting shock from horrendous pricing. Even if they localized production they won't do like Bajaj-Triumph. If they were really interested doing business, they could have launched 500cc+ from 2018.

Yes, completely makes sense. Their new launch is another scooter..! Giving up on Honda and looking elsewhere. Sigh..
