Hero Honda Hunk 150cc news confirmed

Had read a lot about this in various forums and communities but was really hard to believe and was thought of as another rumor. But it has been confirmed that Hero Honda is actually going to launch the 150cc Hero Honda Hunk. The bike would have a great design and a black engine. The engine would be torquier and have twin headlamps like CBR125, twin discs, split seats and an analog yellow speedo.

Hero Honda Motors is all set to launch Hunk- Two-wheelers-Auto-News By Industry-News-The Economic Times

Confused Programmer: Hero Honda Hunk 150 cc coming soon. News confirmed

The third 150 since the Achiever and the CBZ. Why?

What sense does it make? Wouldnt it be better to try and better the Pulsar 180/200?

If that is how the bike would look then, Pulsar and company will have some serious competition. Hope it looks like that

Update: The bike is reported to be sporting a "naked" look, so we can expect the faring to be missing and replaced by twin headlamps.

Exactly. With the kind of profits HH is making, they should be introducing newer bikes in higher segments. They should have introduced a 250cc twin and a 100cc bike with a brand new engine in place of the Splendor. Right now Bajaj is really going great guns in the higher segments.

i dont think they will do the following untill and unless spelndor and karizma sales scale go down

i second your words HH have made huge profits with splendor, HH is playing wait & watch game OR from one end they seem to be lokin like silent killers and never let any body know whats boiling under there hood

Think it would have been better if the fairing was there, just to make it look more sporty, and turning more eye*****, hence more popular with the youth. Anyways lets wait and watch. Reported date is 17th so just 2 days to go.

The bike is out. Looks much better than the CBZ-X
Rs 55,000 for kick start, Rs 57,000 for ES (exshowroom delhi)
Love the same color thingy for rear gas shocks and front forks. Tank looks massive.
Overall nice big bike for a 150cc machine

you may see the pictures and info at Hero Honda Hunk : Price, pictures, information
