ok, I found out how to do it, though I'm still not completely confident of doing it myself - and I still need to find a package like this that I can buy..

Haha - the electricals on a RK are a joke - they don't relly affect the bike at all - they're more like an accessory!

Be careful not to burn holes here and there

Do you really want it for lighting cigarettes along with all the other intended uses????
What i suggest is that you go for a mobile phone charger as advertised by a small gearless scoot about an year or two ago.(i don't remember the name though i can recall that they also claimed to have an FM radio too)

Will post the name and link if i m able to google it out for you.
