Pulsars are due for an upgrade now,and look too dated(read common).

Have you ridden a RTR extensively and compared it to pulsars?.
Other options are Hunk and Unicorn(best commuter/tourer in 150 cc segment in my opinion).

If you can stretch your budget a little i would suggest to try out RTR FI

you should go for RTR Fi or if you dont like it then the Pulsar 180dtsi.
Considering your budget, none of the japenese machines make sense.

will recommend a FZ though

Don't buy a Pulsar 150/180, when you have better options in the market.
  • The Apache RTR is within your budget.
  • The Apache handles way better than any other pulsar.
  • The Apache has better braking compared to any other pulsar.
  • The Apache has superb performance compared to the P150/180.
  • There is hardly any difference in mileage.
  • The Apache also looks better.
Any more reasons required?

Liked Mostly P180 . Going To puchase It In a week . they say FE is between 40-45.

Notorious, could you give us a brief test ride report of each vehicle? Could you please highlight what you liked about each vehicle and what you didn't. Since you had a test ride of all the bikes in the same day i would like to know how you compare them and what you liked in each.

OT: Your name doesn't go well with your avatar picture

yaar dekho, this arbit 20w50 requirement and general bajaj service incompetence and arbit cost cutting is what takes away from a fine reliable workhorse.
