Try smaller garages to get you Activa serviced. Kothrud has some Castrol branded service shops which specialize in auto-scooters.

My experience has been quite pleasant. Had a Honda CBR250RA purchased from the Honda showroom at Domlur, Bangalore. Very nice salesmen, they actually took me to their godown and asked me to choose whichever bike I liked from the dozen odd CBRs they had. After choosing, they wrote the chassis no. just to be sure I got the same one I had chosen. Servicing the bike was also a breeze at their center; no doubt, very crowded but early in the morning would be fine.
