This is done way back in 2001 in Bangalore first as Bangalore is known for setting up any kind of benchmark first whether performance or cosmetics and Delhi follows the same trend.

never seen any Bangalore bike with hydraulic clutch done, whoever does them there, is he not interested in advertising his creation so that he gets customers from all over India? Or is he the one who does for only a specific group ?

Re: *Installed* : Hydraulic Clutch For RTR and FZ

hydraulic clutches i have seen are lot different from what you have done ..

you are still using the same clutch system which operates via wire , the hydraulic clutch system works on fluid forces inside the clutch box !!

none the less something new to see

Re: *Installed* : Hydraulic Clutch For RTR and FZ

Sir, this was done as my Final year project, B.tech Mechanical. Due to shortage of time, resources and more importantly Vit M, didn't want to mod the clutch mechanism. Also we wanted a system which can be easily reversed if the need be, and a setup that can be used on almost all Indian bikes with a little mod.
Im on the way to make some more minor changes, and make it even better. BTW this setup is still in use in both the bikes, and not a single problem yet. Still the ultra smooth operation.
