Checked again in evening, in my office basement parking, and this is what it shows. Any areas of concern? Is this due to either the sensor in the car or the air pump being slightly inaccurate. I don't think a mere 5km drive would have heated my tyres to such an extent that 1psi less air is filled. |

I have observed this. It is due to the improper calibration at the petrol pump air filling side. Only at one pump I saw that it was calibrated correctly. I usually fill a little higher pressure, like about 34-35, so that it shows the optimum pressure in tiretronics |

Same is the case with me. After I took the delivery of my vehicle, next day, after taking appointment, the XUV specialist was at home to explain the vehicle in detail. He took quite a time to explain everything in detail. Though he is an appointee of the Show Room, he was claiming that he was from Mahindra. First AWD for me as well, so may not be qualified to answer. My understanding is that the AWD is "always on" and it delivers more power to the rear wheels when the sensors feel the need. We can obviously lock into the AWD, which means that the car will run in that mode only. I read somewhere that the default is 60:40 for front:rear wheels, and that becomes 50:50 when AWD gets activated. Am not sure if 60:40 as default is very efficient for regular city driving. |

AWD lock will permanently (till disengaged) lock the front and rear axles in a 50:50 power distribution ratio.
