I've just watched this movie on Prime ("Overtake") and must say, the camera work was great and the locations were absolutely stunning. A nice tribute to the movie "duel" and the "W123". The couple would have probably been dead if it wasn't a W123. Wonder which truck that is

Its a 1968 Kenworth Truck used by KSEB. This video might help
