Nice restoration job. Congrats! The color woulld have been better though. Still feel white or black is the color for this car. We have it in our society premises. The owner ain't letting it go for less than 2 Lakhs.

Great car you have there. A W123 is built like a tank and will serve you well as long as its kept in good nick.
This colour is definitely an original one coz i remember my cousin had a similar car 1977 model 220 bought in when he migrated from Iran in 77. This colour was carried on from the W114/5. I remember seeing a W115 240D American spec in Peddar road owned by the Amarsons people. It was an immaculate LHD Gujrat number car.

The interiors although remade are very tastefully done and the dash and all fittings are perfect.

This is how a car should be kept guys.

Nice work once again.

IMO, black, grey or white are the colors of 'now' i.e. the present; while as far as the W123 is concerned, the Orange paintjob totally does justice to the (correct me if I'm wrong) disco era of which 1982 was a part.

@g1_gold: The red car looks immaculate, especially the Instrument Panel and the interiors. Please give more details on the drivetrain and do post more pictures.
