Nice photos of you n son with Bajaj Priya with superb rocket sidecar. Please select the glittering color which is not there in your scooter stable.
How come Fiat 600 in background?
We'l meet tomorrow. Bye GN
Thanks Narendra.Infact the research on the colour scheme is going on with consultations from near and dear.
The scooter is with Fiat 600 owner right now, hence the 600 is in the background.

Congratulations Hillram, another nice addition to Scooter collection.
Priya scooters were very reliable and very durable among scooters.

I think Vintage Car rally was cancelled in Chow Mahala and tomorow it is going to be one in Lumbini park, hope to see all nice collections.

Wish you all the best.

Cheers!

You did it again Ram!! I guess you want me to envy you for the rest of my life with the stuffs you get. Nice scooter indeed. (My wish to have one from a long time), never mind yours is mine, he he he. I wonder how the previous owner was able to manage with a side car in this chaotic traffic . I feel this time try some metallic shades should make this Priya eye catching as if possible with some accessories (you remember we discussed) it has also got the rocket side car and try chroming the stripes on the car which will just add that sparkle to the beauty.

Here are some beauties to help you to decide but you are good at colours and I am trying to show light to the sun. For further help here is the site which should give you more creative ideas

GoldenScoots.com\Scootergallery

Please let me know for further help.

Why do you call it a restoration Ram! when things move rapid fast and the job is done in days rather weeks in any other restoration, I suggest call it a Magic. So the scooter is ready Magician by the time I get my next week off Sat and Sunday? As usual my TM .. WISH YOU BEST OF GOOD LUCK.

Thanks Bala.Being Ramzan time, work will be a little slower than expected.Hence i plan to take it slowly and not hurry up my mechanic and painter. Also planning to order for the windshield and few accessories for the rocket from mumbai. This may also take time, depending on the availability of the parts.
Lets hope it gets over quickly.

I agree to you Ram but on the contarary Ramzaan time is when the work moves fast, believe me my jeep work has picked up pace since couple of days and sure will get it before Ramzaan. Anyways your call.

So for Priya I am sure it should not be tough for procuring the parts as they are readily available but one advice the tail lamp of the priya is different to the vespa's and buy a branded one which gives Priya a standout look.

Any idea of whitewall tyres Ram? these tyres give the scooter a period look and enhances eligance of the scoot.

Need your precious suggestions.
Also here in Hyderabad it's been raining since last week.
I am worried as the Painter say's the job would commence tomorrow :(
He is the chalta hai , kind of attitude.
I am sharing the link for my thread.
Hillram, Chanu and Pavan , expecting replies.
