Spotted this near a restaurant in Hyd

Friends I spotted thus car near a restaurant in Hyderabad today, 10 Jan 07. Can any knowledgeable one let us know about this ?

It did not look to have been taken care. Here are the pix, Mobile phone quality, excuse the quality.

thats a 20s/30s Austin Seven AKA baby austin....and looks remarkably original to me!

Yes you got it spot on.. It did not look like the owners had keen interest in its upkeep.

It you peep into this car, you usually find 3 helmets in it... I wonder why?

I will make it a point to visit Madhuri Fida Hussain Gallery (fun intended). Can some one tell me where exactly on road no 12 ? Near VLCC ?

Yes before VLCC when you driving from Pizza hut... Its a wierd colored building... I hv been there long time ago so not sure if its still there.

I saw this couple of months ago. Sreenivas, did you manage to honk the horn? It is located between the front seats and you have to pull a small lever on top of it to operate it. It still works and does scare the railway locomotive horns.

Thats the first thing that attracted me, was very tempted to do that. Should have tried that. If it scares locomotives, I'd think the driver is likely to get off and run for his life, its located next to driver's seat.
