Can't make out from the picture, but I hope this is not too bright and causes irritation to the eyes and momentary loss of sight due to the glare, especially if mounted on the center of the road.

It isn't bright at all. Lends a clean look but the honking begins the moment the lights turn green.





PS: Images look overexposed, clicked on my mobile. In reality it isn't too bright.
