Some Restaurant options:
-At Chamarajanagar - Nijaguna Residency has decent food and neat restrooms.
-At Sathyamanagalam - have seen posts about Hotel Ramavilas opposite Sathy police station, I haven't tried it. You can see more info on the Bangalore-Coimbatore thread - here
-Saravana Bhavan on the L&T bypass left side (near the Pollachi road junction)
-On the NH47 near Chandranagar, Palakkad - Sree Aryaas on left side (where the Palakkad bypass curves to left towards Alathur/Thrissur)
