Its about 140/150. Kolar is about 80 and there on its about 50km.

Bangalore -Chintamani- Madanapalle road is in good condition, nothing much of a trouble to drive. Just that the route could be boring.

It is a very bad idea to take this route for going to Tirupati, unless you want to be isolated from the world. Roads are not good after Chintamani, also beware of crazy drivers in Madanapalle.
