What's your budget like? I know of Renaissance Inn on the GQ about a km or so down from the Hosur flyover. But its expensive. Around 2.5 to 3K.

J.R Park Inn is the other one I've heard about. Costs around 800. Not sure about the quality thought. Trying searching holidayiq.com

Decent place. 1375 for a AC double on December 7th night. Did not use the AC though!

Hotel Renaissance would be my recommendation also!

@Trrk,
Why do you say that AC should not be used at Hotel Shivaranjini? And where is this one? Dhargha?

Did it sound like that? The weather was quite cool, so did not use the AC that's all! Yes, near Dhargha You have to take a left and then take a right. It is behind a wedding hall of the same name.

I may need a hotel for a night halt in Hosur, on my way to Kanyakumari. Are all these hotels located on the NH-7 or do I have to enter inside the city?
Through google maps I also spotted Hotel Victoria on the NH-7 in Hosur. Any feedback on this one?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Hotel in Hosur

Sivaranjini and Rennaisance are on the highway. Ideal if travelling with fam.

I would stay away from Victoria. Not so good service.

Please stay away from Victoria. Heard both Sivaranjini and Rennaisance are good.

My advice would be stretch for another 90 minutes and reach near Salem. There is a good hotel, I guess GRT is the name, on the left side of NH-7 itself which is supposed to be good.

Re: Hotel in Hosur

Rennaisance is very much on NH7, slow down after getting down the bridge in Hosur, its on your left a km past the bridge. Sivaranjani you have turn off from NH7, less than 1/2 km off, this comes much before the town (1 km from Ashok Leyland).

Ive stayed in Ramee Guestline on my official visit. costs 2200 per day, its the side towards Bangalore. This place is 2-3 kms before Attibele toll, 1-2 km before the Attibele town itself. Pretty easy to miss the exact service lane for it, especially at night. The food is pretty average though.

If you are looking < 1000, dont take the Hosur bridge, there are quite a few near the Bagalur road intersection (which is close to the current Hosur bus stand).

Re: Hotel in Hosur

Renaissance Sarovar is the best in town.If you drive for another 2.5hours you would reach Salem and there is GRT Estancia on NH7 itself.I have stayed at GRT and is very good, though tariff is around INR 3000 for a night.

Re: Hotel in Hosur

Hotel Victoria is not advisable for staying with family.
Renaissance is best and along the NH but costly.
If you are ready to get little inside the town, suggest Hotel Gowrishankar which is good for family and also there is a fine restaurant.

Shri Gowrishankar Hotel,
Old Bangalore Road,
Hosur - 635109
+(91)-(4344)-240123, 241123, 242123, 243123
