Advice on Hotels in Goa

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a Hotel in Goa that fits the following description.
The requirements are that it needs to be bang on the beach. (Absolute must)
The place needs to clean. Rooms, linen etc has to be clean (absolute must)
Price of about 1k per day. (slightly negotiable)
I dont prefer something closer to the much "commercial" beaches like Calangute. (negotiable)
The room needs to be airconditioned, with all the other basic amenities like running hot water, TV. (negotiable)
The closer to the airport, the better. (negotiable)

I am thinking of going there for a couple of days, this or next weekend. So any help with this will be appreciated. I am quite ok with small places where individuals run a 3-4 room establishments.

This place is pretty nice, Palm Shades (Aguada, Beside Taj Holiday Village) (800-1000 bucks a room)
