I would recommend KSTDC over Meru any day. The drivers are not very rash like those of Meru.

You need to board from opposite the Town Hall (behind their office), it starts everyday at 6:00AM and is back by 8:00PM. Covers all Tourist spots in Mysore (unless its a weekly holiday for them eg. Mysore Zoo)

But, thanks for the info, didn't know about this bus. Will be useful for folks visiting Mysore for sightseeing.

Is this the only service or are there more? And does one get ample time at all the spots?

You're right, its before Town hall but as a landmark, Town Hall works
