Try Nissan Teana

Hi there,
Try the new Nissan Teana that is due to be launched soon. It looks awesome, packed with features and is the most comfortable in it's segment.
Also don't forget that Nissan is a top notch Japanese car manufacturer which makes very reliable cars.

Teana looks almost half a car length more than Accord, should stay away from narrow roads. Looks are imposing and all but costs closer to 25L. And resale would drop faster than a Fiat.

Camry ... better take the accord in that case.

Honda would be the choice. Comparing the Skoda, honda have better After sale service and good resale too. And looks honda would be way too unique.

go for the superb or you will repend later. because you are getting far more features and creature comforts + better rear leg room + better performance than a Accord. it just feels far more expensive than it is. can compete with the big germans in terms of features and luxury. and by big i mean the big german boys (E class, 5 series and A6)... not baby germans (3 series, C class, A4). in honda you just get the honda tag.. reliability but far far less features and luxury.

Why not Passat instead of Superb ? I'd say stick to German marques if your going European.Else buy any Luxury car from Japan.

Also, somebody mentioned that Skoda can indeed give their cars free, since anyway they will make up the cost with spares & service. Please look into this aspect, before making the decision.

Sorry to wake up on old thread. but i own both the cars superb 1.8 and 2009 accord a/t.
and the performance is pretty similar and from my experience the honda badge gets similar respect to the skoda badge.

they both are great in driving both have a lot of power and you will just the free revving nature of the accord, accord just loves to be revved. on the other side the superb has a great transmission which feels superior to that of the accords.

the accord might have less features, but it is still great to drive and looks like a million bucks!

Re: It's between the Honda Accord and the Skoda Superb

From the point of view of

1) Large sized Driver - 6' & 125kgs+ Which has a better drivers seat?
2) From the point of view of Older Parents with back and knee problems. Which is easier to enter and exit and is less claustrophobic?
3) Post 4 years which one would be more reliable?
4) Any known issues with the Accord 2008-12.

Checking from a pre-owned purchase viewpoint.
