I am also unable to access Team BHP intermittently. Happening since last Friday.

And when was the last time you faced an issue? Does it consistently fail to connect, or does a refresh fix it?

Working fine now with a different proxy. Will update if the issue comes up again with the IP.

Could you mention what the IP of the earlier proxy you were using was?

It was 15.211.153.76 . I just checked and the issue occurs with this IP still.
The one now is 15.219.201.80 which works.

I faced the issue multiple times yesterday. Refresh does not solve the issue. It starts working after some time. This is the IP address - 203.13.146.60. Not sure whether it was same yesterday as I am connecting from office.

I am unable to access now from IP - 203.13.146.51. I am typing this from my IPhone.

A bit OT. Does extremely fuzzy, noise heavy, half downloaded pictures have anything to do with Team's servers? Office airtel BB is not on proxy or anything. Happening from one week. Chrome, Firefox, I.E, opera do not solve the problem & airtel helpline do not understand one bit what I am trying to communicate to them. Help!

Yes. This was a problem we were facing last week. It's working 100% fine now.

Try clearing your browser cache and re-starting your browser. Let me know if it persists. Include a screenshot if possible.

Could this problem be associated with the recent issues?

Looks like there is an issue accessing Tbhp since this morning.
Getting a time out error when trying to open the link from any device(Tab,PC,NB)

Have to try multiple times to enter and once I am in, it is slow.
Anybody else facing a prob?

Facing the same problem since today morning trying to log in from ipad.
