I think your browser needs to be updated. Also, try deleting any TBHP urls from your Browser history/cache/cookies list and try again.

And, did you try from a different browser?

Sorry, I just re-read your post and you said it works from other devices. So, do try from a different browser; and also, my recommendation is to throw Chrome out the window as far as you can and start using any other browser.

Finally, check the DNS settings on your Mac compared to other devices and see if something has changed.

I tried almost everything and I think I am able to zero down to the issue.

So, it is not the issue with the Mac but it is an issue with Wi-Fi. I tried connecting personal hotspot and the website started loading.

Now, I connected Wi-Fi on my mobile and the website is not loading on the mobile.

Can you please suggest what configuration should be checked for the router? I use a D-Link router.

I would still look at the DNS settings on your router in that case. Change those to, say Google's DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and see if it makes any difference.

Dear All, last month I switched my ISP to KFONE. Both my previous and current connection was/is managed by the same local cable TV operator (same modem and OFC from previous connection is being used). After my switch to KFONE, I am not able to access teambhp on any of my devices via Wi-Fi or LAN cable (mobiles, PC or Laptop). The same devices will load teambhp without any problem on BSNL’s or JIO’s internet connection. There is no issue with any other website.


I have raised the complaint with the ISP and Local Cable Operator, they have tried a lot of things in the past one month yet no solution has been found.

have you tried with a VPN, I know it isn't a solution though, Any reasoning provided by your provider as to why Team-BHP, a genuinely harmless site cannot be accessed?

Tried by the ISP folks themselves, but didn't work.

From the looks of it, it seems to be an issue with the ISP who may have blocked the website, that is the only reason I could see why it is not available on all your devices, moreover, the ISP technicians came to your home and tried what they can right? so it definitely must be a block from the ISP itself.

Maybe some of the admins at the ISP mistook the website.

Do you have any friends, family or relatives with KFON? just try asking them to open the team-bhp website using their network to ensure it is not an issue specific to you and is indeed a block from the ISP.

Yep, they came to my home and also had someone on remote access. Nothing worked.

That is possible. None of them seem familiar with teambhp. I had to explain to them that it is related to automobiles.

I personally don't know anyone on KFON in my area.

As per our local cable guy, he is able to access teambhp on KFON.

Our local cable guy distributes connections from multiple ISPs such as KFON, BSNL, Limras (my previous ISP) etc.

Can you please share a traceroute to www.team-bhp.com

If on windows you can:
1) Press WINKEY+R
2) Type cmd
3) Type tracert www.team-bhp.com
4) Take a screenshot & share it

Hi, Please find the screenshots (2 Numbers)

The one in which the request timed out from 6th line onward is on KFON.

The other one is on JIO and the website is loading without any issues.

Both are on same device just a few minutes apart.

I have tried Chrome and Firefox (Including clearing cache cookies etc) on the following devices.

2PCs (One windows 10 other is Windows 7, One AMD other Intel - Don't think this matters)

Multiple mobile phones

One Mac Book

All the devices load teambhp on JIO or BSNL, but NONE of the devices load on KFON with the LAN cable or via Wi-Fi.

Edit :- Tried LAN Cable on PCs only.

I have seen a similar issue happening a couple of times but not with Team-BHP. I was trying to download a medical test report from one of the diagnostic centre's website. It didn't work on ACT broadband, but worked seamlessly on my phone Airtel 5G. If I recall right, the download link was accessing a port different than port 80, and the ISP might have blocked all other ports than 80.

I use an app called "HelloTalk" for Japanese language learning and exchange. This app (on an Android phone) keeps timing out on the ACT wifi, but works normally on Airtel 5G.

Please check if you are able to access any other internet forums, for example, Skyscrapercity a forum for Infrastructure enthusiasts. It is possible that ISP is blocking all forums as a policy, not just team-bhp.

Unfortunately this seems to be a an extension of the issue we've been facing for a few months with YouBroadband Pune users.

Data is routed through some Vodafone owned servers, and as you can see in the traceroute provided for you - that's where the connection is terminated.


We've been following this up for several weeks, but are making slow progress since it's an issue apparently caused by a High Court blocking order -- which is stupidly blocking a bunch of Cloudflare IPs, simply because some pirating sites were also proxied behind those Cloudflare IPs. (This is the equivalent of cutting off electricty to an entire office building simply because 1 company in unit #2207 was doing illegal business).

As it currently stands:
- We haven't found any mention of our (shared) Cloudflare IPs in any court order.
- Not sure why this 1 ISP is the only one blocking our Cloudflare IPs.
- Unable to get further clarity or resolution from Vodafone-Idea, Cloudflare & a few other routes we have tried, but are still trying.
