Wake up, feet on the table and Bang! face falls to the floor..!
Trying to use hands to get myself up.. No luck..

Try the same thing the next day.. able to get up half.. and bang..!!
Down goes the face to the floor again...!

Again the next day..

And again, and again, been doing this for the last 3 weeks.

Now able to pick myself up at least 30 times before my face is on the floor again... Bang..!!

Consistency Matters.

After ages of laziness, clocked 60kms on bicycle last week. Would continue with this routine going forward. No more excuses.

With waistline expanding and ballooning weight, have started a programme for weight management if not reduction.

Week 1.
1. Brisk Walk - Walked a total of 45-47 kms @ approx. 9kms per day. Took Sat/Sun off.
2. Weight Training - Did mild weight training with dumbells and rod on four evenings.
Looking forward to next week !

I have fallen off the bandwagon since some time. Not completely. Have been swimming instead of cycling. Would start updating my activities regularly here.
