Re: Reclaiming my life - one day at a time

This thread has inspired me to along with my back problems last year to help me in pursuit of physical fitness if not reclaiming life..

Last week update:

1: 2 KM run/jog 5 days a week

2: 250 skips 6 days / week.

3: Play TT for 30-45 mins 5 days / week.

Plan to increase the distance & skips by week.

Any inputs on skipping are most welcome !

Re: Reclaiming my life - one day at a time

Several weeks have passed by...

I have been working out on a couple of days each week, with no set patter, as and when time permits, some day just walk or just lower or upper back workout, hence was not reporting here as that would a task to track it in itself.

Back feels much better now.

Now that the end of year 'circus' is coming to an end hope I can get back to a more predictable cycles shortly.
