I propose that if our stickered rides are being driven by someone else we need to make them aware about the stickers and the protocols of greetings from other members. I remember reading Dad's and wives driving and members acknowledging online for the spotting.

I also propose, having a unique sticker for members if we don't want to stop sale of the entire set to non members.

Sirji, my mistake....I was talking on the phone and the discussion was pretty heated. by the way I was not gesturing at you and I realised much later the reason for your flashing. You were in the Tata Manza I suppose. Sorry man.

I stay in Sector 82 and drive to MG Road Gurgaon for work every day. Next time you will get to see a big wave.

Off topic, is it not risky to snap pictures while driving at 80kmph?

Slightly OT: Has anyone tried removing the sticker and re applying it?

I want to move the LTD from the current position (on the right side bottom corner of rear hatch door glass – the same spot where you see the yellow ‘how am I driving’ stickers on cabs) and want to paste it on rear bumper, or on rear hatch door.

Before doing it, I want to check if anyone has transplanted the stickers successfully.

Be careful, the stickers are a pain to remove and once you remove, the leftover gum tends to attract dust which eventually looks odd and blackish. I still have a black squarish mark on my rear fender, needs a detailing I guess to get removed.

A quick tip - use spirit (sold in pharmacies for diabetics to inject themselves) to wipe after removing the sticker. All the goo comes right off.


Also, use a hair dryer on hot on the sticker before you start to remove it. Comes off very easily.

(All that grey hair is good for something!)

Hey rehaan,
Yes the live to drive is not an original one, I just couldn't wait for the original sticker set to arrive so i got one done in a local sticker shop. Then when the original stickers did arrive it turned out to be that my friends were more excited for it than me and so my friends begged me to give them a couple of their choice and I being a good friend gave it to them. I will replace the live to drive sticker once I order the next set.

Just now spotted a White Chevy Beat parked near Guru Nanak hospital, bandra. It had the redlining sticker on RHS of the rear bumper. The car was heavily stickered also with a good set of alloys. Reg No. MH-12-xx-6009.
