The Best & Worst Advertisements in India

I couldnt help myself howling with laughter when during one of the ads for the 'Main Miss India' had a contestant say , "Vote for me coz i am <blah blah> ... and i have a thinking brain."

God..!! Why werent the members from these species gifted a brain which actually works?!

I quite liked the DHL ad where they say one of their representatives would answer the phone before the third ring. On the other hand, I found the new Hyundai Getz ad a little difficult to comprehend.

Has anyone seen that VH1 ad? The "If you were a song one"? It's BRILLIANT. If anyone has seen it, I'd love to get a copy.

1) pretty much all hutch communication
2) MOTOROKR (the abhishek bachchan advt)
3) Nike Cricket advt
4) Bajaj Platina

worse : MANY but will try to resist and control

1) the sRK advt for some SUITING BRAND.
2) THE BSNL advt with Preity Zinta (what were they thinking ? or were they thinking)
3) The coca cola advt (i dont think BURPING after drinking their Coke can be a USP)
4) The Pepsi : ladega to JEETEGA (purely in context of the horrible performace of the taem)
5) The SRK - COMPAQ advt
and many more

Any one saw the Thunderbird Twinspark add in NDTV Profit program 'All About Ads'? The one where this guy breaks the umbilical bond after seeing this bike.
It was a bit cheesy, but good to see such ads from Enfield (atleast for foreign markets)

Another great Appy Fizz ad. This time its about the world cup and in a way makes fun of all those companies who put in a lot of money on it. Like always the ad is entertaining, kinda funny and puts the Appy brand in your head.

The Videocon AC one is pretty cool too , where this friend of a lady admits to haveing an affair with her husband and they end up talking about snoring.

Watch the husbands expression in the aad , specially towards the end.

N_C : somehow, the Videocon ad appeared dumb to me..!! The oncept in itself was so revolting.

Thats what I like about that ad actually...Something that seems so bad doesnt show any responce from the ladies because they can keep their mind cool thanks to the videocon ac.

This one is the clinic one which IMO is better than the 'affair' one

The Pepsi Gold ad - 4 boys go into a tailor shop and order for dresses larger than their size and ask for delivery 4 years later ! Why ?
