Hey,
I saw that commercial too, quite liked it. Think its funny, unlike any other from HH. All I can say is 'Way to go'.

The latest Splendor NXG Ad also came in a similar flavor with identical vocals.

YouTube - hero honda splendour nxg ad
Hey five 46, do you work for HH or the agency. The Splendor TV ad has all the version. How did you get that?

This new TV ad is not a typical biking ad, but it is entertaining and reflects what us guys would love to have.

You don't just buy a Bournville, you earn it !

Thats what Cadbury says in their new ad for chocolate.

They even have a website for this chocolate and you can view the ad also.

I saw the ad and laughed out loud at how absurd it was. I have traveled far and wide, but never met a girl (in a convertible none the less) who is impressed by a 150 cc runabout. What was particularly funny was the bit about "racy graphics." That has GOT to add 5 HP!

Ha... Ha... Condor Bhai, I only hope that HH does not come up with something like 'Splendor Classic' or 'Retro Splendor' which would be the existing CD Dawn (one with round head light) with a new name, chrome mud guards, chromed stickers, chrome mirrors, etc.

The HH ads are some of the most boring ads we see on TV these days. Looks like they need to rethink on their agency.

Can someone post the ad that is being mentioned here? I tried to find in youtube but ended up seeing the old ones. (albeit they are also very good ads, "reclaiming life" ones)

Some of the recent ads that have kept me entertained...

I like the new safari ad. Though they might be overdoing the whole out-door thing a wee bit too much.

Now the FIAT linea ad that I keep seeing much regularly on the telly seems like a breath of fresh air. And I love the music that goes along with it.

The i20 ad? Its ghastly. Looks and sounds like some 17 year old geek put it together with the latest dhik-chak music.

The new ford ikon ad is okay. Considering the i20 ad beaming out at the same time, the Ikon ad does not seem so stupid.

Xylo did well by keeping the ad tight. Nothing to write home about - they're just making a point.

Honda's ad when introducing the ANHC was corny but also struck a very patriotic fervor because they used a nice original hindi score - which was actually pretty tastefully done. So overall, it was a good ad.

Almost ALL the motorbike adverts seem the same which is why I cant even use the ads to differentiate models. Apart from the Yamaha's - the ones that came to introduce the R15. Very japanesey - a lot of the ad was almost a direct translation off a japanese script.

Have I missed out on any news ones in the market?

+1 to that. All of them have some supposedly slick looking stunts, wheelies, a lot of black, wheel-stands, take-offs etc. pumped with a fair share of graphics. A lot of them are getting too predictable.
