hey kooldude Season 8 of Top Gear doesn't air in India..

If u wanna watch it you'll have to download a torrent or something.

but overall i feel this season's episodes aren't good when u compare with previous seasons....

it was good to see the Z06 screwing up the F430 and murcielago and the zonda..also if you notice the 360 CS and GT3 RS with track tires were only .1 sec behind, throw those tires on the Z06 and you have a ascari beating time.. now that is something to think about and wonder in awe of the awesome power and build of the Z06..plus stig reallu ruined the start with the burn out, it was less than a perfect start...i am guess with a a good set of tires and a good start it would be 1:20.9 or less...(less 1.5 secs from the official time) tires on the Z06 are the worst things on earth, i had the same i felt the new tires i have put on has unleashed a deamon as compared to before and mine is the regular vette, i cant even imagine what they could do in the Z06...

and i am dying to see the 100k Corvette SS(blue devil) come out next year...with 650+hp and about 2800lb weight

Enzo and most everything including the F would be eating dust...

Episode 3. It keeps gettin worse. just one car featured- lotus exige s. Rest of it is them tryin to make amphibious cars . fifth gear certainly reviews more cars.

But the ambhibious car project had me in splits with Hammond sinking twice. Only James survived while Jeremy managed to break the unbreakable Hilux hehe.

I totally agree. The new episodes of TG have been utterly disappointing despite the humour remaining the same. Any idea what the (car vs public transport" race will be in this season?

I think the "car vs other modes of transport" series was over and replaced by the "buy a car on the cheap" series with the old italian supercars, porsches etc.

Corvette Z06 officially rules now.

It oversteered quite a bit on their track but a 505 HP RWD is supposed to do that, isn't it?
I liked the way they did 0-168 mph on the Z06 in the 4th gear. That was some serious torque. I was surprised when they didn't comment anything on its leaf springs as they had done with the C6 before.
