Akshay, please ask the family to get in touch with the city's chapter of men's rights association, if there is one in the city, such as SIFF (Save Indian Family Foundation) and Confidare, they will have lawyers who deal with similar cases of misuse of 498a kind of laws.

Interacted with him a few times with his intended HP visits and in fact in a jovial manner had chidded him about his wife letting him get away with the hardships he puts her through. Singed the petition and hope he is safe and sound but this is really unfortunate.

Oh man, just came to know about this from someone's post in his Ladakh travelogue (done in Storme). Shocking & disturbing to say the least. He was a really nice person to interact with in the forum. Signed the petition, my prayers for his family and sincerely hope he would be found soon.

Signed the petition in a hope to get some positive result out of it. One thing though, his profile says his last visit on the forum was 06/10/2014 at 21.57hrs. It could be his family member using his computer that has cached his forum access credentials but I am happy to be proved wrong and so want him alive & kicking.
